Refund Policy

• 24 hours or more before your session: cancel and get a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours, or a no-show: your deposit is credited toward a rebooked session within 30 days; otherwise it is forfeited.
• After delivery: no refund, except where required by law.
• Refunds go only to the original payment method. Card refunds take 5–10 business days; ACH may take longer.
