Who we are

These terms apply to services sold by DudeDatDid LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("DudeDatDid", "we").

Payments

Amounts you pay are payment for services (consultations, deposits, builds and care plans). They are never donations. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable tax. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

If you send a payment we did not ask for, we may refund it or apply it to a consultation, at the LLC's choice. Refunds go only to the original payment method, never to another account.

No guarantees

We do our work with care but do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as rankings, leads, revenue or savings.

AI output

AI-generated content and automations can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

Intellectual property

The site, app, software, docs, text, graphics, the DudeDatDid name and the Diamond character are owned by DudeDatDid LLC. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer any of them without our written permission. You keep ownership of what you upload.

Limit of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service the claim relates to.
