Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2 · Effective October 24, 2026

This policy is part of our Client Agreement. It applies to every DudeDatDid client, project and account, including the DudeDatDid app and everything we build for you.

Every client and every project is reviewed before it starts, and the AI is only used for lawful work you approve.

What DudeDatDid can't be used for

  • Anything illegal, or helping anyone break the law.
  • Fraud, scams or impersonating a person, business or government agency.
  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messages, by email, text or phone.
  • Harassment, threats, stalking or bullying.
  • Collecting or using personal data without the person's consent.
  • Recording calls or conversations without the consent the law requires.
  • Giving financial, legal or medical advice to other people.
  • Weapons or hazardous materials.
  • Adult or sexual content, or content involving minors.
  • Calls or texts made with AI or automated tools without the consent the law requires.
  • Using DudeDatDid for a project or use we haven't both approved, or giving anyone outside your business access to it.
  • Uses where a failure could cause death, injury or environmental harm, such as emergency services or medical decisions.
  • Trying to get around approvals or limits.

How we enforce it

We review every client and every project before work starts, and we look into any report of misuse. If this policy is broken, we can pause or end access to the DudeDatDid app and stop work on the project. Every action in the app is logged, and we keep those logs to check how the service was used.
